Every time I get in my car, Iβm reminded of the exceptional work Charlotte Collision Center did. Doris was welcoming, honest, and transparent from the start. She took the time to assess the damage, set realistic expectations, and never tried to upsell me. After visiting four other body shopsβtwo couldnβt help, one never followed up, and another referred me hereβCharlotte Collision Center exceeded my expectations. They repaired my car in just a week and even fixed a window that wasnβt working. Iβm grateful for Doris and the entire team. If youβre looking for quality body work from people who are honest, communicative, and genuinely care about doing the job right, I highly recommend Charlotte Collision Center.

I can't say enough about the professionalism, customer service and patience Ms Doris and her husband CARLOS had throughout the process of bringing my son car back to life. Many people told my son the car wasn't fixable consider it a loss. A nice gentleman told me about Charlotte Collision on North Tryon and the amazing work they do. I called and from day one Ms Doris was honest, very nice and patient with keeping me informed how the process works. Ms Doris is a great definition of what customer service is. Mr Carlos and his team is the real deal. When I saw the car after Mr Carlos and his team fixed the damage i was shocked what excellent work they did. I highly recommend Charlotte Collision, for your Collision and car needs. Me and my son came up with a new name for Mr Carlos, " SUPERMAN" because he surely save the day after me and my son saw how amazing the car looked especially after my son was told it was not fixable. Two thumbs up for Mr Carlos. There is a saying you get what you pay for, the work was worth every penny!!!!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. One month ago a woman backed into my BMW X3. The front bumper was badly damaged. Not knowing if there was any sensor problems or any more interior issues, I got my car towed to Charlotte Collision which was referred to me by my father. The woman who hit my vehicle insurance company caused problems from the beginning. When trying to get a rental they only wanted to pay for something as small as a Mitsubishi Mirage. I am 230lbs and that is nowhere near the size of my car. Ms. Doris at Charlotte Collison not only called several rental companies in Charlotte but also drove me to pick up the rental car. She constantly kept me updated on my car and when there was an issue with the womanβs insurance. For over a month the womanβs insurance found ways to stall and not pay for anything but the replaced bumper. Which means that I would have had to pay towing, calibration, and alignment, even though the accident was not my fault. Carlos the manager of Charlotte Collision did not charge me one cent. And the car looks better than ever.

I had a true 5 out of 5 experience with Charlotte Collision Center. From the beginning, Doris provided a clear timeline, an affordable estimate, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The entire repair moved surprisingly quickly and communication was excellent the whole way through. When I picked up my car, Carlos took the time to walk me through the repairs and made sure I was completely happy before I paid and I absolutely was. Not only did the exterior repairs look fantastic, but he also buffed out a few extra scratches we hadnβt even discussed and left the inside of my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. Since the repairs were only exterior-related, that extra attention to detail was completely unexpected and very appreciated. You can tell this business truly cares about customer service and quality work. Iβll absolutely be a longtime fan of Charlotte Collision Center, and if I ever need repairs again, theyβll be the first and only place I call.
